About The Accessible Golfer Project
The Accessible Golfer Project was incorporated as a Maryland nonprofit corporation on July 25, 2026, and is working to reduce financial and accessibility barriers for youth and adults with disabilities who want to learn and participate in golf.
We do not require applicants to purchase or use any particular commercial product, application, brand, instructor, or golf facility.
Mission
The Accessible Golfer Project expands access to golf for youth and adults with disabilities, prioritizing individuals facing financial barriers. We provide need-based assistance for adaptive golf instruction, accessible course and practice opportunities, and appropriate starter or adaptive equipment.
